Every story on this page is named with the customer's approval — and every chat can be tried live on that customer's own website, today. No invented figures, no anonymous "a customer in the industry".
An apartment hotel by the E4 motorway, ten minutes from the High Coast Bridge. Four apartments, two semi-detached houses — and guests from all over Europe.
Utmaningen: guests arrive at any hour — a car turns off the E4 at quarter past eleven with questions about free nights, key codes and check-in. And they ask in German, Dutch and English, because the High Coast is a World Heritage Site and draws visitors from all over Europe. There is no night reception, and there shouldn't need to be.
The solution: a chat that is night host and local guide at once. It's trained on StayNgo's own content, answers in the guest's language and looks up current local information live — hiking trails, swimming spots, restaurants and shops nearby — instead of guessing.

A physical shop and online store in Enköping with one of the industry's largest ranges — over 1,500 products, most in many variants.
Utmaningen: a large and sprawling range is hard to navigate. The customer roughly knows what they want — but not which of hundreds of products and variants is the right one. An ordinary support bot answers "where is my order?". That isn't enough here.
The solution: a chat that does what a knowledgeable shop assistant does — listens, asks follow-up questions and recommends the right thing. It knows the whole range, asks which variant the customer wants and puts that exact variant straight into the cart in the online store (WooCommerce). And it follows the industry's rules: an 18 age limit and no prohibited health claims, built into the bot's instructions.
From a real test run on vapenation.se:
Kund: "I want to buy a Lost Vape Thelema Q200 Pro"
Chatten: finds the product, lists the six colours and asks which one the customer wants.
Kund: "Shadow Guardian please"
Chatten: puts exactly that variant in the cart. Done.

Family law requires judgement. That's why this chat is built with one hard rule: it never gives legal advice.
Utmaningen: someone looking for a family lawyer often has sensitive questions — inheritance, wills, custody — and tends to ask them in the evening, when the firm is closed. An ordinary chatbot trying to "answer everything" would be plainly inappropriate here: legal advice requires a lawyer.
The solution: a chat with professional ethics built in. It answers the practical questions — services, how they work, how to get in touch — but never makes legal assessments and never drafts legal documents. Instead it does the most important thing: takes a name and phone number and books a free call-back from a real lawyer. Every enquiry goes straight to the firm's team.
Why it works:
For a law firm the chat isn't an adviser — it's a receptionist that never goes home, and that knows exactly where the line is.
